”Clean. Close to venues”

”The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...

”Room was clean, no linens for the rollaway bed were provided. We went to the lobby to ask for it, staff seemed a little bothered but did go to 2nd level to get it. We followed him so he could hand it to us. While waiting for our food delivery at the lobby, a person staying was asking for linens as well for the rollaway bed and also a homeless person walked in got coffee from the lobby, dropped lids on the floor and walked out with a cup of coffee. ”The property itself was great. Loved the vibes. But a noisy guest above me was shouting and stomping and dripping heavy objects and even dragging furniture at midnight and past midnight. I asked management to look into it twice. In the morning, I asked to speak to the manager and explained that I didn’t get any sleep. She didn’t offer anything for the disruption. This is a hospitality business and your job is to make people feel comfortable, understood, and offer a way to make it up to them....

”It was a nice hotel in a fairly decent location, close to the BOK stadium. Nice & professional staff! Did have an issue with no hot water in my room and called down to front desk they offered to switch us rooms but declined as we already Lysol our room and was tired from long drive. Other than we took cold showers hotel was nice!”

”Many things about the property were not as promised. For example, the ice machine and washing machine did not work at all. Communication with the host was opaque. They sent all Expedia messages as attachments. The checkout instructions were inaccurate. I brought all issues to attention of the host but they never resolved any of them.”

”The property is an older hotel, and so, wasn't as fresh looking as a newer property would be. The room was exactly what I booked and offered a microwave and refrigerator which was nice. However, I wasn't able to figure out how to use the microwave or the remote for the tv. It would have been nice to have some simple instructions. I knew when I booked the hotel that I wouldn't be spending much time in the room so wanted the lowest price close to the places I was visiting when in Tulsa. This hotel...
