”Room was clean, towels looked new. Staff we interacted with were great. Parking with valet was a little challenging as front was full, and check-in a floor up was inconvenient. But, the price is great and location great.”

”Decent price for the stay. Centrally located. The water takes FOREVER to get hot, but does eventually get hot. Our room keys stopped working on day two of our stay?? So we went down to the front desk and the gentleman working the desk said nothing?? And just fixed them and handed them back? So thanks for fixing them but some sort of explanation wouldve been nice or assurance this wouldnt happen again since desk hours arent 24 hours and BOTH room keys were disabled?
