”We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. ”

Bad points - not allowed to vape outside on the terrace when we ordered drinks (no one else there), drinks ridiculously expensive, pepsi and glass of rose wine £15!! Parking overnight £15! Made us scared to even try the spa facilities as god knows what we would been charged as 'extra'. So if you go here be prepared for extra charges. Wasnt such a 'great deal' as we thought. Very bland experience overall we ended up going off the complex to...

”The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely - spacious and clean. The breakfast had everything you could want and there was ample serving tome for both early and late risers! Access to rooms was secure. I loved the way there was an additional lift down to the harbour level so you didn’t need to trek round! I’m not a gym person but the facilities were there if you wanted them. Would definitely return! Thank you 😊 ”

”When we arrived, it was getting cold. The room was present but cold. There was no attempt to put the heating on untill a complaint was made. And there was no heat in the bathroom the next morning. I was charged an extra £20 for the room. Breakfast was average of poor quality.”

”Lovely flat with a cracking view But...... Internet was lousy which meant the nice smart TV was unusable. Tried getting hold of the management but emails didn't get answered and telephone call centre was a contect centre who couldn't really help and promised a call back which didn't happen. ”

”When i checked in the people were so welcoming and friendly, close to the city centre of so easy walkable to the pubs and shops. My room was a decent size for 1 person, nice and comfortable, the only issue i can think of is the bathroom was a little small and hot water took quite a while to come through, Breakfast in the morning was also very nice, i will definitely stay again if I come back to Torquay.”

The location is great - literally around the corner from Torre Abbey, gardens, and the beach, marina and high street are not too far also.”
