”Excellent. Great location and amenities. Easy check-in and instructions. Would recommend.”

”Great location! The host was great. Older home in need of some upgrades and adjustments. However, my entire family enjoyed our stay and the serenity of the location. We got in several rounds of corn hol.”

”This building was infected with cockroaches. Garden was overgrown and not as pretty as in add.”

”House was everything we expected and more. The location is great as well. We be booking again.”

”Home offers plenty of space for 6 guests, and the area is wonderful! Close in proximity to the local harbor, we found ourselves enjoying the local dining scene close to the water. Property is modern & well thought out for guests, rooms offer plenty of comfortable beds and location is close to NASA, fun bars/hangouts as well as HOU Hobby Airport. Owner was communicative & directions/access was super convenient. A definite bookmark for our next visit to the Lone Star State!!”

”Please do not book this home. You will be disappointed. It’s unsafe, mold, not handicap accessible. Yard is not unkept, trash overflowing, bugs, nasty refrigerator. This is a haunted house.. Please please do not book!! Ruined our family vacation! Broken window”

”There was NO ac the entire weekend. We bought more fans so we could sleep”

”We love The Mermaid Inn!This was our 3rd year in row to stay here. A sweet cottage with everything you need! It’s the best place to sit on the porch swing and watch the deer! It’s an easy 4 block walk to the beach. We will be back for year 4”

”First experience with Vrbo and could not have been happier. The house was in excellent shape and spotless! I don’t think there was anything that we needed that was not available right down to the pool table! The owner had left entertainment/restaurant magazines which were a big help in choosing where to eat! The location is Convenient to the airport and a short commute to NASA. If we ever return to Houston again, we’ll certainly stay here.”

”This might have been the cleanest place we've ever stayed at, and the check-out procedures some of the least onerous. Communication was excellent. Definitely recommend!”

”This property is located in a great location. It's a beautiful home. The inside is very nice. My only complaints was in the main bedroom. That's a Queen's size bed. It has a very, very thin mattress to where you can feel every rail is a very, very thin mattress, so we ended up taking the mattress off of one of the bunk beds and putting it on the couch. So that way it'll be a little more comfortable. But other than that, the house was very nice. It's a little humid, but you're in Texas, so...

”place was super quiet and location was ok … place could have been cleaner though… a little dirty, but overall it was good ”
