”We had a lot of trouble with the Staff, especially the guy in the front desk. He was very rude to us, and said he will call the cops on us and that we are trespassing, even when we had a booking. He was very rude and unprofessional and disrespectful. It was a horrible experience and we had to talk to the cops at 6 AM in the morning, which is not ideal. He was very unprofessional.”
