”I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, and I even found dead roaches, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the staff were rude and did not handle the situation professionally. Cleanliness and customer service should be basic standards, and unfortunately this hotel failed in both. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.”
