The hotel is good. Room was a bit noisy as we faced the kitchen fan extractor. Ear plugs were complimentary. Breakfast was good as well but juices not great. Good location in Norwich.

Great staff, helpful and friendly. The food in the Brazzerie was excellent. A little disappointed that the pool was closed to guests between 15:30 and 17:00 because of Children Swimming. Also slightly disappointed that you havenât pay ÂŁ7.40 per person for a swim.
