"When I booked the room it was for myself and my 15 year old granddaughter. I was offered a king size bed. When we got to the room it was a double bed. We couldn't open the window on a very warm night. A small fan was in the wardrobe which wasnt efficient at all. Spent a very uncomfortable night."

"Was a bit wary about this stay as we've had bad experiences in Brittania hotels before. However, these fears were unfounded. It was excellent, enormous room, with TV to match. Pool and spa were great. Spotless throughout. Mikey on reception was very helpful and welcoming. Overall excellent stay, ..."
