”The rooms are in need of maintenance and repair. Hot water in the shower was intermittent. Bathroom flooded every time you took a shower due to cheap shower curtain. My friend had a room on the first floor that smelled like sewer and had cockroaches.”

”I booked the Deluxe Penthouse for a week with my 89-year-old mother. The condo was full of deferred maintenance, and we lost hours of our vacation waiting for repair people from Tuesday through Saturday. - No bedroom A/C all week. My mother slept on the couch. Fans were brought in instead, with a constant high-pitched whine. - Dishwasher broken. A technician spent two hours on it, and it took three more days to decide to replace it. - Coffee maker broken. Pots and pans scratched and dirty. -...

”Les falta pintura y mantenimiento, la alberca y área social data en reparación. Muy caro para lo que ofrece.”

”Basic hotel in a good spot with sea views. Convenient when traveling with car: there is plenty of parking space and it’s easy to drive to Playa Balandra, Malecon etc. The Calavera rocks right opposite the hotel is a beautiful spot! Free breakfast was pretty good compared to other similar hotels with same price point. Staff was friendly. Cons: wifi was very weak in the room and I had to take my laptop to the lobby when working. Shower was bad, water splashing everywhere in uneven pressure and...

”Central location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. We had a good stay at Hblue on a Baja California Sur road trip. Parking is first come first served, we got a spot for our car which felt really safe. You can easily walk to the Malecon, restaurants etc. Simple Mexican style breakfast was included in the room price, I was glad they had fresh fruit. ”

”Excellent choice away from busy and loud Malecon, but still short walking distance to all the action. Great staff and excellent onsite restaurant. Beatiful building in an amazing condition and attention to detail. ”

”Un buen lugar de acuerdo al costo, excelente la atencion de los del staff, limpio, agradable estancia.”

”The place was good, but this hotel need a remodel ASAP, is outdated. The safety box was not working, the sink faucet was loose, the toilet seat was also loose. On top where the ironing board is there was trash that might been there for a while. It had no small fridge, you had to rent a bigger room to get one. The good thing was that included breakfast and parking.”

”Ubicación céntrica, el moverse de un lugar a otro se podría hacer caminando sin ningún problema”

”Power went out for a day and a half and there was no generator. Staff were not much help and everything in the fridge went bad.”

”Excelente ubicación, servicio, limpieza e instalaciones”

”Nice apartments, problem is things that don’t work - jacuzzi hot tub which was the main reason we booked, did not work and water in the tub was old and dirty. One night there was no water in the apartment. One morning there was no electricity. The outlet for the stove had a short circuit and sparks inside the outlet melted the plastic cover plate - fortunately we noticed it otherwise it might have started a fire. Notified the owner but no one came to fix it.”

”great”

”We had a short stay in the off season with very kind staff. I think we were some of the only guests, but everything was in working order for our use.”

”Fue muy buena experiencia”
