”The property was in prime location. Just a few minutes to the beach by foot. Literally five minutes. Location was perfect. You can walk just a few blocks and be in the downtown area where you can get food and drinks without any worries about driving. The motel was cute and vintage. Very adorable. Great for a few nights day. If you don’t mind a tiny house living the Royal Palms is the perfect place.”

”The property was nice and pet friendly. However the day of check out they were having the water worked on which threw off my plans for that morning. Couldn’t swim or go to the beach because I was not able to come back and shower. Everything else went well during the trip.”

”Our room was great as were the staff. There was a water main break the morning we left so we couldn't get breakfast but other than that everything was perfect.”

”We booked a family suite to have more space. Our tv did not work, the sink would not drain, the sofa was so filthy that I took one of the extra bedspreads off an unused bed to cover it. The office staff tried to get the tv working and after lots of plunging the sink remained clogged. The office staff moved us to a smaller room. The sink immediately clogged in it but after we requested a plunger, we got it working. The pictures are not accurate. The building, furniture, and fixtures are...

”A little pricy”

”The people who work there were amazing the pool is great super super nice staff they gave us some extra towels amd pillows cuz a friend stopped by for the night....HIGHLY RECOMMEND. SIDE NOTE THE DIM BATHROOM LIGHT AT NIGHT WHICH IS A SECOND SWITCH ON THE WALL IS THE BEST. Keep up the good work guys and gals your doing a great job.”

”Had an awesome stay! The room was clean and the bed was nice and comfy. You could tell the sheets were softer than average hotel sheets. The pool was clean and they had towels by the pool. Loved the contactless check in, made it quick and easy especially since we got there late.”

”This is an older hotel but I must say it’s very clean inside. I had no issues whatsoever with our room, clean all around, comfortable bedding. Nice work area. The breakfast was not great, eggs were not eggs but the bacon was good. Just small selection, less than I anticipated. This hotel was a Perfect value for the money!”
