”We had a great stay at the Bar Harbor Manor when visiting Acadia National Park. A few things we loved about the hotel: - Excellent location. Walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor restaurants and within a few minutes of the national park. It's in a very walkable area that feels lively. - Amazing service. The hotel staff were amazing. ”Rooms were spacious and clean. The grounds seem well maintained and easy to navigate. We didn’t use the bar but it seemed like a nice area. The breakfast was nice and easy to grab before heading out for the days activities. The location is great if you’re wanting to visit downtown Bar Harbor. You can take a short walk and be in the heart of downtown. We only drove our car when going to other towns or Acadia. I would stay here again if we revisit Bar Harbor”

”Well, it was in a good location with free parking. Our dogs were allowed to stay there with a fee per night, per dog. The front staff were friendly and helpful, and their snacks and H2O refill station were the BEST. The reason for the two-star rating was more a reflection of the folks who stayed there and not the hotel. Some folks two doors down were brushing their huge dogs and the tumbleweeds of hair were floating by. A guest parked his truck, backwards with his giant tarp over the many bikes...

The staff was very kind and accommodating- though we didn’t take full advantage of that or the amenities because we were mostly gone out exploring in Bar Harbor.
