”Amazing accommodations in a great location. Within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and pier. The condo was comfortable, quaint and spotless — a wonderful place to unwind for the day. Eric and Tim were prompt in responding to my questions about the condo — which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely be back!”

”Afternoon tea and breakfast offerings were always-changing and unique. We enjoyed the privacy of our cottage room, but the community of the house and dining. Cottage Inn staff was all friendly and helpful! The proximity to everything was very convenient. The water pressure was incredible as well.”

”Very enjoyable hotel. The 2-room suite was extremely spacious and had great lighting and windows, very convenient furnishings. The staff was welcoming, the breakfast (mostly continental) delightful, the electric car charging easy, and of course, the location downtown bar harbor was perfect. Special thanks for the afternoon homemade cookies in the hallway, which made our day after a long hike.”

They gave me great recommendations on restaurants and places to visit. The room and bathroom were spotless (shout out to Bill!!!), and the breakfast and treat we so tasted and fun. ”Underwhelmed. Cottage was adorable at first. Not the cleanest, bugs in windows, stains on rugs and chairs, chips on the floor. Woke up to no hot water. The bathroom was clean. Went to front to ask about it and grab “coffee”. Honestly, coffee was similar to motor oil. A keurig would have been a better choice for the lobby. Maintenance came while we were at breakfast. I followed up and was told that I turned off breaker, which I didn’t do. Girl was polite when I asked for a refund for the 2nd...

”The Inn is so cute and cozy. The wallpaper in living room and dining room is eye catching and makes it feel like a home. I stayed in Room 11 and the bed so comfortable and there was plenty of room. It had a detached bathroom right across the hallway which was your own. I would stay here again when I come back up to Bar Harbor! You can walk to the village center in about 20 minutes ”
