”It’s was lovely! A very special and beautiful property! Wonderful to be able to walk to dinner and shops. Unfortunately, with only a one-night stay, the late check-in (4p) and early checkout (10a) felt a bit rushed. It would be best enjoyed with more nights, or a slightly later checkout. Still an excellent place.”

”Great free breakfast with a couple options. The room was very nice and the property was well-maintained.
It was situated just off the main road towards one end of the strip, so you’re away from most of the hustle and bustle and won’t get a lot of noise from outside. That being said, it was only about a 3-5 minute walk to get to the downtown area where all of the action is, so it felt like the perfect in-between.”

”We stayed in November so it wasn’t really crowded. Place was clean and rooms were comfortable. Complementary breakfast was great, they had good coffee and tea at desk throughout the day. Loved the blueberry cookies also. Good walking distance to shops and restaurants ”

”The Inn on Mount Desert was perfect for our stay in Bar Harbor. The Inn was very beautiful with a beautiful garden and lots of outdoor seating options to enjoy nice weather. The breakfast was fresh and made to order every morning with a variety of options as well as things like breads, bagels, and cereal along with coffee and orange juice. The staff were always willing to help with anything that was needed and provided us with silverware and a bottle opener when we had leftover food. The room...
