”Nothing fancy, and not as "cute" as the photos make it seem. Walking in there was a bunch of random glass and building materials in the hallway, creaky stairs, etc. The walls/doors are also PAPER THIN so expect to hear other guests if you stay here (i woke up to kids screaming a lot and some ppl playing loud music - they do have earplugs in the room though). There are two shuttered/closed down restaurants below the hotel, which gave it a sorta sad vibe. Otherwise, excellent location, easy 2block...

”Location is the main reason I've stayed here twice.It's a 5 minute walk to the 7 train that will take me to Manhattan or Citi Field, etc.This funky little basement apartment has everything I need.My host was available to text with throughout my stay.I was able to sign in to my YouTube TV and Netflix accounts easily on the television.The neighborhood might not be for everyone, but I always felt safe walking around. ”Host was great and we loved the neighborhood, very quiet and cute. The place is spacious with lots of privacy between the bedrooms and a full kitchen. Coffee was stocked for me which I always appreciate. Location is a bit far out but we knew that going in and it was a great deal. Thanks Alex! ”

Beds were comfortable and the towels were clean and fluffy, plus plenty of hot water all five of us. Absolutely recommend the space for future stays. ”
