”A beautiful little boutique hotel. Everything was nice and new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice. Also nice open air bathroom,very comfy bed and wifi working properly. ”
”Hotelli oli sekoillut järjestelmien kanssa, jonka johdosta jouduimme majoittumaan eri tason huoneessa kuin mistä olimme maksaneet. Rahallista hyvitystä tästä sekoilusta hotelli ei tarjonnut, vaikka huoneiden välillä on hintaero. Tämän vuoksi en valitsisi kyseistä hotellia uudelleen.
Muuten siisti ja tyylikäs hotelli ok sijainnilla.”

”The Property overall was AWESOME!! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was So great! I'd recommend 10/10 times for places to refer to. Well done! OH, and the SPA was SUPERB!!!”
”Maison Aurelia is a little piece of Paris in Bali… the French-inspired interiors are just gorgeous and the pool area is peaceful and quietly sophisticated. We had the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Magnolia Suite, which was surprisingly spacious and perfect for a family of four. The a la carte breakfast at the hotel restaurant was great and the staff welcoming and helpful. Sanur’s best boutiques and restaurants are on your doorstep… Excellent value for money and would absolutely stay here again. ”
”Hieno kokemus! Yllätyin kuinka hyvää sekä halpaa ruokaa hotellillakin oli, syötiin normaalista poiketen aika usein siellä. Vaimo tykkäsi spa palveluista ja otettiin myös hotellin kautta priva autokuski kahdelle päivälle ajelemaan meitä ympäri saarta (sen verran kaaottista menos liikenteessä etten halunnut vuokrata autoa). Hotellilta kävelee nopeasti Sanurin rannalle ja hotellilla on siellä omat aurinkotuolit joka on kiva bonus. Parasta Mahagirissä oli henkilökunta, aivan mahtavaa palvelua ja...
”Villa Mahapala is the perfect spot to stay. The villas and surrounding landscape is great. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Being about 100m from the beach makes it a perfect location to enjoy all that Sanur offers.”
”Spend last 3 nights of our 3 week Bali+islands tour at Klumpu. Superb place with best service ever: welcome treats, evening tea/coffee, really good breakfast, good family rooms (for a family of 5) and great food, pool in a beautiful garden and a special birthday surprise for our 8 year old daughter. Whole family loved it.

”Nice, comfy and quiet place to stay. Good location in Sanur, we could walk almost everywhere. Staff was nice and other guests were always smiling and saying hello for each other. Pool was small and nice, there was always space for us. Peaceful neighborhood. If you’re going to Sanur, this is a good place to visit.”
”Amazing. This hotel is quite expensive but it's worth every penny! The rooms are amazing, clean and absolutely wonderful. AC works like a miracle.

Out of the three restaurants, Kuu is definitely the best: amazing food and service. Also the prices affordable.
Breakfast in the Reef was superb.
Pool area is simply amazing and the roof is phenomenal.
We have no complaints at all. Stayed there for 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer......

"Kaikkiaan ihan ok. En vain itse pidä suurista, hotelleista. Hieman virttynyt, mutta siisti. Henklökunta äärimmäisen ystävällinen. Parasta ehkä uima-allas. "
"Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja siivoushenkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja joustavaa. Huoneet olivat isot ja ilmastointi hyvä. Hotellinvastaanoton henkilökunta oli jokseenkin laiskempia palvelemaan, jos et ottanut esim. Kuljetuksia heidän kauttaan. Aamupala oli keskinkertainen tai huono, ravintolan ruoka oli keskinkertaista. Hotelli oli hankalassa paikassa ison tien varressa. Hotellin lähellä ei juurikaan palveluita ole, piti siis kävellä vilkkaan tien sivua noin 15 min Sanurin rantaan sekä palveluiden pariin. Kuitenkin jos käytät taxia liikkumiseen, niin hotellin sijainnilla ei ole väliä. Span hinnat olivat kolminkertaiset Sanurin muihin spa-palveluihin verrattuna. "
"The hotel location is good in the middle of the Sanur area, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping center supermarkets, etc. It is easy to leave the hotel by walking to the beach promenade and the restaurant and shopping area.Loacation is good starting point for tours to different parts of Bali.Hotel was overall clean except for the floor under the beds. The hotel was a bit worn, but overall everything was ok. There were no small flaws in the cleaning, such as there was not enough toilet paper and the shower shampoo was over. The double room was spacious. The rooms on the upper floors were also quiet. A small drawback was the gaps in the balcony door, the wind blew into the room from gaps, waving the curtains. The air conditioning was a little bit loud and the temperature and flow control was't good. The breakfast was versatile, but overall quite simple. The staff was friendly. The swimming pool was large and quite clean, but maybe a little deep, (over 1.5m) if you are with children. There were too few sunbeds in the pool area and often booked early. Afterall a basic hotel with a good location and a reasonable price."
