”Nice little pool good price clean room”

”There is nothing clean about this place. I booked a non smoking room and there were at least 3 ash trays on the room when we got in. The windows had some sort of slimy grime in them. Was afraid to sit on the bed. The desk chair had a leg bent and i don't think it would have supported my weight of 140 lbs. staff was not at the sesk when we showed up and had to wait a while to get checked in only to immediately check out after seeing our room. Was lucky to find another hotel considering it...

”I stay here each time I come to Lexington for business trips and it is always a great place to stay. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the breakfast is really good. This is my go to place. I typically stay in higher end hotels and had never considered staying at a Best Western, but one time I came everything was full and I stayed here by chance. I am so glad I did.”

”I ended in this place after my 1st reservation at Motel 6 was a total loss of money, time and stressful. After not being relocated due to horrible "Expedia" Customer Service, i was left stranded for "2 days" and had to book this place at least for 1 night to sleep with my underage brother. The reception area was decent, and the Customer service was great, I'm not going to lie. But our room just smelled like a humid old room and the restroom was dirty. We also found a black trash bag in our room...

”I booked a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed, but from the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was not as advertised. The first room was filthy, with a dirty sofa, spider webs in the corners, cracks in the walls, and a TV that did not work. We were moved to another room, but it did not include the sofa bed I had reserved. The rooms have exterior entrances and appeared to house long term residents. ”Thoroughly enjoyed this newly renovated restaurant/hotel! Furnishings were exquisite down to the wall switches! Bar area and sunroom were lovely as was the dining room. Employees were the best! Nice to have this venue in Winnsboro - best wishes for continued success!!!”

”The front desk attendant was nice. The room had dirty towels. The bed sheets weren’t even changed. They were just folded nice but there was other peoples hair and stuff in them.”

”The lady who checked me in was a recent/new employee; but you could not tell. She was so very accommodating. She saw that I was breathing a little heavy (I have COPD), and she was just so attentive and helpful in getting me checked in. When the first room was too far for me to walk, she switched my room, programmed a new key and brought it out to my car. She didn’t want me to have to trek back inside to the front desk.”
