”Shower water pressure was Extremely low and was ridiculous. I said something to the front desk and they said that it was probably due to others taking a shower at the same time. I told them I showered before 5am and didn’t think everyone was showering at that time. The amount of water was literally dripping out with no pressure at all.”

”I booked this stay at the last minute because of a family emergency when I say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The staff was awesome. The food was great and freshly cooked. The hotel room was so clean. The amenities was awesome. I was able to get a piece of mind and relax doing my stay. I'll recommend this hotel to all people that visit Columbia and it's looking for a great hotel that's clean safe and great for their family to stay at.”

”Loved The breakfast selections. Staff very attentive to keeping everything stocked and fresh. Upon entering my room, there was a half empty water bottle on nightstand. The microwave had not been cleaned. The bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable,pillows were comfortable. Would have liked to have an extra blanket in room.”

”The hotel looked nice, at first. They are under remodeling and the carpet in the hallway and elevator floors could use a sweeping and wipe down the ugly smears on the elevator walls. Our room was nice but a little more attention to the entry and bathroom floor would have been nice. The bathroom was out of Kleenex and the body wash would not pump to use. The breakfast selection was good but, the attendant was in the backroom and what ever she was playing was louder than the TV in the...

”The hotel was really nice ---- very clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast, and the hotel adjoins a lovely lake and walking trail. On the day we were there, the hotel was celebrating Mother Goose Day and was giving out food to feed the ducks and geese at the Lake. A really fun surprise. We will definitely stay there again!”

”When we arrived we found out our reservation was no longer available. It was for a ADA room that we needed. Because it was late and we'd been on the road all day, we agreed to a room change. The room was on the 4th floor and you had to go through the lobby, elevator to 4th floor, outside to get to the room. Had difficulty opening the door because the carpeting is so high. The room appeared OK, except for the loose toilet seat. I had on white socks and by the time I reached the back of the room...

”Parking great, the air conditioner turned on when it wanted to. The tub was dirty so I didn't use it, I went to a friend's house, it was hair in the bathroom the floor looked like the trash was swept into the corners. And I was forced to use my debit card my whole trip because the receptionist did something with my card to where the credit card company restricted my card and requested I send in my i.d and a utility bill and it would be reviewed for 7 days. Just messed me up totally.”
