Booked for a stay at Days Inn Southbound M5. Found out when I parked up that the hotel was on the Northbound. Had to walk over the bridge to the north side - facing oncoming traffic to get to the hotel. Car was left in the southbound car park but I paid the hotel for parking and they assured me the southbound car park would be informed. Just received a £100 fine which i will not be paying. Complained about the fact I booked accommodation on the southbound (not indication that the hotel was northbound) and also complained about being charged £100 for parking. Waiting to hear about both.

"staff were helpful and friendly offering help with our baggage. slight unpleasant smell on the landing at the top of the stairs. No draft beer on sale Unable to order a sandwich in the evening as we hadn't ordered earlier. everything else was great. enjoyed the swimming pool. comfortable beds clean ..."
