”Noel and Cathy are absolutely wonderful!!! Such warm and welcoming people. The view is gorgeous and it's so quiet. It was such a wonderful and welcomed change from the hotels we stayed in. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Probably the best breakfast we ate all week. They have a world map with pins that indicate where people come from that have stayed. Noel and Cathy make you feel like family and treat you like they have know you and you have been friends for years! If you don't book here,...

”This place is a true gem, absolutely recommended. A spacious room, comfortable bed(s), powerful shower, very good breakfast and extremely nice service that leaves you with a feeling that both the customer and the hotel itself are taken good care of. Location also very convenient near the university and Botanical Garden: the street in front of the hotel is quiet, but there are dozens of restaurants within a walk of a minute of two.”

”Friendly welcome at Reception on arrival. Secure access using card entry to lift. Room on third floor was immaculately clean. Location was excellent with good transport links close by. Cooked breakfast was 1st class and very tasty. I will definitely stay at Moxy Belfast next time I'm in the city. I didn't use the WiFi so can't comment other than it's chargeable. Highly recommended.”

”Some staff were really helpful and solved problems well. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently). Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily. Younger staff lacked a willingness to work.”

”While the vibe was cool, the noise was awful. if we had known that they were throwing a pride afterparty all evening/past 1 am we would have booked somewhere else. Staff were dismissive when we asked about the noise. ”

”Great location. Easy access from airport bus. Sightseeing and Grand Opera House within walking distance. Good breakfast. I asked for a quiet room and got a top-floor end of the hallway room, no noise.”
