A spacious room, comfortable bed(s), powerful shower, very good breakfast and extremely nice service that leaves you with a feeling that both the customer and the hotel itself are taken good care of. ”Excellent hotel, helpful and very friendly staff , nothing was a bother. Checking in was a breeze the young gentleman who checked was very informative and very friendly, all the staff we Interacted with were friendly.
Breakfast was lovely a good selection on offer , plentiful and hot.
Room was spacious ,spotless . Bed was comfortable. Shower room clean.

”Some staff were really helpful and solved problems well. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently).
Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily.
Younger staff lacked a willingness to work.”
