This was the second time of staying at the Banff Springs Hotel. I found the whole experience very pleasing. The reception, bar and restaurant area is very clean and a comfortable place to chill. I booked single rooms for my Son and I and we both found them to be of a good size with a comfortable bed, which is all one needs after a long drive up from London. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and found that the choice of food was plentiful and a good variety of dishes. The food itself was well presented and tasty with good portion sizes.
The staff were all very polite and extremely helpful.
The only really minor faults I could find were that of no lift and as a disabled person who finds it difficult to walk I struggled with the three flights of stairs. The only other fault was that in the face of hygiene the TV remote was very dirty with a build up of grime around the buttons and failing batteries.
I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are intending to work or holiday in this beautiful East coast part of Scotland.
