”Room was so humid that dry clothes in the bag got wet/moist. Mold in the ceiling of bathroom. Room on arrival not clean. During the stay cleaning level perfect. Though cleaning happened before noon and I felt like I should plan my day according to cleaning staff's schedules, not what one would expect from vacation. Fullcarpet in the bedroom, like in 1980, requires update to non-carper floor. Bed and pillows were good as in normal 4star hotel. Pool area/top floor closed in the evening. Why to...

”The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive: Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean. Negative: They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor...
