”Great hotel to visit Mumbai. Location is not the best, as it's not easy to find any restaurants or supermarkets nearby but it is easy to move with Uber around city. Staff and room were great! Breakfast was local and nicely served on their terrace, but maybe to exotic for western traveller. ”

”During a month's stay I kinda got used to the awful smell of the carpet in my room. I purchased a Smart Room via Hotels.com, but they put us in a Zen Room, which smelled like an old bar. And at first they had the nerve to lie that the room was in fact the Smart Room we purchased. After two days of complaining, they fortunately put us in Comfort Rooms, which was a nice upgrade and made up for the unfortunate beginning. The restaurant Gulmurg was nice, but very pricy. Fast room service and nice...

”Hotelli on hyvin vaatimaton, mutta toisaalta tarjoaa hintaan nähden intialaisittain tyydyttävän majapaikan. Hotelli on turvallinen (vartija ja henkilökuntaa eri kerroksissa ympäri vrk:n), mutta melko meluisa. Henkilökunta keskustelee öisinkin, pulut visertävät ikkunan ulkopuolella ja rotat vipeltävät katolla. Huone on vaatimaton, mutta siisti, lämmintä vettä tuli ilmoitettuina aikoina. Paljon englanninkielisiä kanavia. Erinomaisia kasvisravintoloita lähettyvillä, henkilökunta osaa opastaa...

”The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive:
Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean.
Negative:
They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor...
