”We had 9 adults and 1 six year old at this property. It was a beautiful lake front home with plenty of room for all of us to gather together. We all had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend this home. There was one canoe, one kayak and 2 tandem kayaks for us to use which we did several times. Hearing the loons in the evening made my stay even better”

”The property owner was wonderful providing info and help as needed. The kitchen was well equipped for those who like to prepare meals. Staying on the "quiet side" of Mt. Desert Island was good for us. We had easy access to Acadia National Park and could drop into the busyness of Bar Harbor when we wanted that experience.”

”We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was nicer and much larger than expected from the pictures. Everything was clean, comfortable bed, large living room with multiple sofas, well appointed large kitchen and dining area. It is less than a mile from Southwest Harbor and easy access to Acadia. I would definitely stay here for future visits to Acadia area.”

”Great location and top notch service from staff. Would definitely recommend. We stayed in the Ocean Lodge and every room has a spectacular view of Bar Harbor. Definitely what you are paying for... Staff was very courteous. The continental breakfast was very generous and all that was needed.”

”Lovely staff, room was ok No views but fairly convenient Bed was hard as a rock (I told the hotel manager so they’re aware) and carpet is horribly stained which makes it feel unclean but the room itself was clean…”
