”A nice place to stay, good value, clean, in good condition and convenient location just off A477. The bedroom was comfortable, good bathroom, well equipped. Breakfast was good, but not the best quality ingredients, and wasn't able to provide choice for a vegan breakfast, a bit disappointing even given prior notice. Overall a good place to stay.”

”Nobody at the property when we arrived, had to wait 10 minutes for the housekeeping lady to arrive. She was great and very apologetic. Room was freezing on arrival.”

”We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”

”Wow what a transformation Imperial Hotel has had. So impressive love the new design of the hotel it is so modern and so bright. So comfortable the new beds, fab decoration in the room, so clean, amazing shower and a huge HD interactive television. Also loved the Welsh cakes, cans of Welsh water, Welsh coffee and quality tea selection. As usual the staff are amazing especially the receptionist. We will definitely stay again.”

”The service was great, though my suggestion is that it is difficult to pair with an extended stay when you booked a short stay. The long-stay owners were extremely loud on the last day. Overall, a three-star from me, just because the service was good.”
