”We have stayed here a few times now and as usual the home did not disappoint. Clean, nicely stocked, comfortable bed, very responsive host. We especially enjoyed the outside patio area. We will definitely be back :)”

”Charming cottage! Great location to Charlottesville and UVA. The cottage was immaculate, beds were comfy and the downstairs kitchen had everything you would need. The cottage owners had thoughtfully created an updated modern feel for a precious historic cottage.”

”General cleanliness. Ceiling tiles need to be replaced. Multiple spiders/bugs throughout. There was also a mug growing mold that was left by the kitchen sink. We ended up not staying over night. We just used the space to get a ready for the wedding we were attending in the area. ”

”This is a phenomenal property and space. The beds were so comfortable. The space is private, and well appointed with everything you need! Enjoyed the fire ring and the back porch immensely. As a work traveler, you don’t get many chances to sit and relax in such a refined and great space, this is a gem. Oh and Harris Teeter is just down the road for all the groceries and supplies!”

”Overall a very nice clean and convenient location for visiting Charlottesville, VA. FYI the turn into the driveway, when headed east is a steep turn, which can be tricky at night the first time. One thing that would be nice is a compact washer & dryer unit; that said this is an excellent location in a beautiful setting.”
