Parannettavaa on
Saapuessamme huoneistoon se oli hyvin epäsiisti. Pölyä ja roskia joka puolella. Parveke oli siivoamatta. Ensimmäinen tehtävämme oli lakaista lattiat. Ruokailuvälineet, veitset, haarukat, lautaset olivat niin järkyttävässä kunnossa, että käytimme pelkästään kertakäyttöastioita, joita onneksi olimme varanneet mukaan. Paistinuunia ei ollut puhdisttu varmaan useaan vuoteen, pakastuslokeron vedin oli irronnut - roikkui yhden mutterin varassa ja lokerossa oli pohjalla iso "möykky" jäätynyttä kolajuomaa. Vedenkeitin oli ruostunut..Kävimme valittamassa siisteydestä hotellin respaan, mutta ainut asia, joka korjattiin, oli pakastimen ripa - se kaikista vähäpätöisin asia meidän kannalta. Kuitenkin viihdyimme, vaikka nämä asiat ärsyttää, kun on lähtenyt LOMALLE:

Barcelonassa kavereiden kanssa
Hotelli sijaitsi aika rauhallisella alueella. Lähellä kaupat, kahvilat ja ravintolat. lyhyt kävelymatka metrolle ja bussille. Huoneisto oli ihan hyvä ja kohtuu kuntoinen. Lattia olisi saanut olla hieman paremmin puhdistettu, Siivous joka päivä.

The apartment is very comfortable and renovated, very big, perfect for a family! The location is incredible, just 8 min walking from the Triumph Arc. We had issues with the shower tho, because after one person takes a shower, you have to wait like half hour for the next one otherwise it doesn’t warm up. Also, the kitchen is missing a lot of things, my biggest recommendation would equip the kitchen with more things for a more conformable and long stay of a family! Besides those two aspects, everything was great and I would stay there again for sure!

Apartamento bien grande con todo lo necesario. Lo volvería a alquilar. Lo único que le faltó es que tienen anunciado laundry y servicio de laundry, pero ya no lo ofrecen. Cerca hay un laundry que utilicé.

広い部屋、清潔なバスルーム、周辺にはスーパー、カフェ、レストランがたくさんあります。 メトロ、鉄道の駅（凱旋門駅）までも徒歩4分。ランブラスやカタルーニャ広場、サグラダファミリアにも徒歩15〜20分です。 意外と壁が薄いのか、他の部屋の音が聞こえる時がありますが、そこまで気になるものではありません。 入口は併設の駐車場の管理人も兼ねているので、常に人が常駐しており、アパートメントホテルとしてはセキュリティも良いと思います。 wifiがほぼ繋がらないのがマイナス。夜間〜朝は本当につながらない。チェックインした時はまだ5Mbpsほどだったが、翌朝は全くつながらず、チェックしたら1Mbpsも出ていなかった。 部屋で仕事をしようとするなら、自分でwifiの機器を持っていく必要あり。

Mon conjoint et moi avons demeuré 4 nuits à cet endroit et nous avons beaucoup aimé puisqu’il est bien situé: pas trop près du gros achalandage mais assez pour marcher. Appartement spacieux, propre et confortable. La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement et la cuisine pourrait être un peu mieux équipée (pas de spatule, pas de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle ni de truc pour déposer quand lavée par exemple). Un de employés qui parlait en français a pris la peine de marcher avec nous lors de notre départ très tôt pour qu’on trouve un taxi. On a beaucoup apprécié!

The aparthotel is a short walk away from many sightseeing spots. The rooms are clean, spacious, nice balcony to the inner yard and kitchen well equipped. The facilities could however use a little renewal as well as improving the wifi coverage and speed. The staff was really friendly and present.

Property had no working safe or outside table and chairs. Air conditioning also.didnt work. Staff not very helpful. Floors were very dirty. Location is good beside a mercadona and 15 minute ealk to Sagrada Familia.

We checked in and were allocated a 5th floor apartment. I explained I didn't like lifts or heights. Helpful staff immediately reallocated us to a lower floor. Apartment was exceptionally spacious, somewhere I'd be happy to live ! Couple of issues with kitchen electrics were quickly solved by staff. Only problem was staying only 1 night, would like to have stayed longer. Will return there on next visit to barca

This was the perfect place to settle while exploring Barcelona! The kitchenette was perfect for breakfasting and the patio was nice for enjoying the evening. We would stay here again!

Mohammad at the front desk helped us every day plan our outings. He was the most cheerful and helpful person. We truly appreciated him. It would have been nice to have a/c or a fan. The rooms were very warm and we were not comfortable leaving the windows open at night.

This was an ideal location away from the main tourist stretch but very easy walking distance to all the major attractions. Apartment had everything needed and was a good size for 2. The bathroom could do with some TLC and modernising but not a dealbreaker. The building lifts are incredibly slow and didn’t feel solid, we mostly took the stairs. Staff at reception were friendly but painfully slow. It took over 20 minutes to check in.

素晴らしいホテルです
ロケーションはサクラダファミリアとカタルーニャ広場との間にあり、どこにでもアクセスしやすく便利なところにあります。また近くにスーパーが沢山ありほぼ隣にMercadona、またベーカリー365など食には困りません。室内は広くて清潔で部屋が沢山あるので家族4人が広々と使えました。選んでよかったと家族で喜んでいます。

We only stayed for one night and everything was fine, good customer service, the apartment was clean, beds comfortable even the sofa bed, the air-conditioning was good, the only negative thing to say is that the on site parking was too expensive considering that plenty of availability in other cheaper sites nearby the aparthotel. We would definitely stay here again but without paying for the parking.

Great apartment. Very clean and great amenities. Mohammed was very nice and courteous when we checked in. Location is very good. Very close to the Arch Also within walking distance the Gothic Quarter, the beach, La Rambla and the beach. Expect to do lots of walking.
