Too loud!!!
I have kindly asked for the notice that I am not sleeping well and my room should be in the quiet etage. My room no 101, terrible noice, the whole night, lot of teenagers, young people, celebrating, running, shouting, closing very loud doors, so I couln’t sleep at all. Hotel personnel has not done anything!! Never again and I cannot recommend this hotel although it was clean and otherwise ok.

Kamala hotelli hlökuntineen
Hotelli oli kauhea kokemus. Pelkästään huoneeseen pääsy vaatii kolmen kerran ravaamisen respassa kun avaimet eivät toiminneet. Siivoojat eivät osaa sanaakaan englantia kun yritin sanoa että tulisitko siivoamaan noin tunnnin päästä. Ei ymmärrä..ei. Viimeisenä meni totaalisesti hermot kun pyydettiin varaamaan meille ison taxin lentokentälle matkatavaroiden takia. Sitten kun taxi tuli pihaan niin yllätys yllätys olikin pieni toyota odottamassa. Menin sanomaan respassa olevalle miehelle että eilen varattiin ison taxin juuri tavaroiden takia koska meillä on neljä isoa laukkua ja kolme pientä, miten luulet että mahdutaan sitten kaikki neljä henkilö vielä tohon pieneen autoon?? Ei anteeksipyyntöä ei.. sanoi vain Ok, wait.. I order you a new taxi. Niiiin huonoa asiakaspalvelua sitten ikinä nähnytkään. En suosittele tätä hotellia kenellekään.

3 yön visiitti
Hotelli oli mieluisa sekä mukava ja myös henkilökunta oli avuliasta. Hotellissa oli myös kuntosali, jossa sai tehtyä hyvät treenit, vaikkakin sali oli pieni eikä laitteita ollut kovinkaan paljoa. Metro- ja juna-asema olivat pienen (5-10min) kävelymatkan päässä, joilla pääsi ydinkeskustaan n. 20 minuutissa. Hotellin ympäristössä oli pari ravintolaa, joista sai erittäin hyvät ruoat. Myös hotellin aulakerroksessa oli ravintola, joista sai maittavat illalliset. Jos jotain miinusta pitäisi antaa niin ehkä äänieristys ei ollut parasta mahdollista, mutta se ei meitä ainakaan paljoa häirinnyt. Kaikinpuolin mukava visiitti.

Best view in town!
Hotel was located in very nice area close to for example the Park Güell and the mountains. From the hotel you could basically walk to Tibidabo, Park Güell and the Gràcia area. Around the hotel there were nice parks where you could go jogging and chilling. Service was very nice, hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Gym and the pool were cool, from the roof top you could see the whole Barcelona. There are not so many places where you can see it in Barcelona except for the mountains. Nearby were also good services as many supermarkets, fruit shops, bakeries

Vaikealla paikalla mutta ok hotelli.
Huoneessa oli yöllä viileää, yöllä ei kuulunut mitään ääniä ja oli rauhallista nukkua. Kauppa, bussipysäkki ja metro oli kohtuuttoman kaukana.Edes joku näistä olisi hyvä olla ihan vieressä. yöllä rannasta maksoi taksilla hotellille 15 euroa. Ensi kerralla etsisin hotellin parempien kulkuyhteyksien päästä.

Great view from the rooftop pool
We spent two nights at this hotel with my friend. The room was neat and proper as described. Big plus for us was that there is a pretty new gym in the downstairs that can be used without any extra cost. Best thing is the rooftop pool with great views over the city. The location isn't the best but for us it was good because we could walk to Park Guell. Recommend it for active people who like to excercise and then chill at the pool area and/or walk/run to the hills. :)

The hot water in the shower is not working properly. It starts out with normal temperature and gets scalding hot without any reason. Sometimes I noted when someone is using sink water in the shower get hot. There is also water dripping from the valve flooding the bathroom floor. A/c not working properly either

My friend and I both felt that the hotel did not deserve four stars and felt that it only got them because of the (very tiny) pool on the roof. We didn't go into the pool - not worth it - but the view from it was fantastic. The breakfast room felt more like a student canteen than a 4* restaurant, although the choice of food was excellent and the staff also were excellent - throughout the hotel. And they were very helpful re arranging for us to leave our luggage at another Catalonia hotel just off Placa de Catalunya, where the staff were also lovely. Sorry, but three stars were what it was worth. A transfer bus to the town centre, and to other venues (for a small fee) would be appreciated. That area of Barcelona is very hilly - have you ever walked from the hotel to Park Guell main entrance? It nearly killed me, and we missed our tour as it took much longer than the advised time - through GetYourGuide/Tours for Today, so not the fault of your company.

Not good, not bad just OK. Room was spacey but old. Walls are thin, we could hear strong waterflow when someone in another room was taking a shower or kids cheerfully ran the sairs. The neighborhood is not very appealing, far from the center. The staff was nice and friendly.

Beau séjour!
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Les chambres étaient bien nettoyées à chaque jour, le buffet déjeuner était excellent et offre une grande variété d’aliments. Comme l’hotel est situé dans un quartier plus tranquille et éloigné de Barcelone, nous dormions bien! Et c’était seulement à quelques minutes à pied des arrêts d’autobus, métro/train donc très facile et rapide de se rendre en ville! Un plus: ils nous ont offert 3 bouteilles d’eau gratuite pour notre séjour, ce qui était très apprécié

Cargos por del hotel no reconocidos a mi tarjeta.
La ubicación es buena, el desyauno bien, la gente bien, pero me han hecho cargos a mi tarjeta que en el hotel no aceptan y que cada vez son mas altos, tuve que bloquear la tarjeta para que parasen. Mandé un correo a la cuenta que el jóven de la recepcion me dijo, pero no ha habido respuesta y hoy, que ya no estoy ahí me siguen llegando.

Buenos días Angelina. Escribanos un correo electronico con su número de referencia y copia en donde aparezca que los extractos cobrados pertenecen al hotel. Recuerdo haber revisado su caso y comentarlo con mi compañero de recepción, adjuntando copias de recibos con cobros en pesos. Me comentan que no llegó a pasar nuevamente por recepción. No dude en escribirnos y miramos de aclarar qué ha sucedido; en ningún caso el hotel cobra por servicios no prestados además de realizar cuadres de caja y comprobar que no hay descuadres por "errores" en cobros. Quedamos pendientes de su contacto.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff were very nice and helpful when needed. The chambermaids were excellent. The hotel was clean and tidy at all times. Also close to public transport so you can get around the city.

Amazing hotel, extremely clean so i applaud that, unfortunately no coffee facilities in the room (i like to wake up and have a coffee). Each room as wood floors therefore the room above sounded like a pin ball machine for about 2 hours wheb i assume a lady in heels was having a little boogie. Also chose a room at the back of the hotel if your there on a saturday night, bin run starts at about 3am and rhere are couple, sounded like i was in the middle of a runway for 30 mins, not great when you have had a few to many sangrias the night before.

This is the worst hotel and I don't recommend it. The front desk is rude, the housekeeping is awful. When housekeeping cleans your room, they don't refill the toilet paper. When you ask for more from front desk , they can't give you any as they don't have access the housekeeping items. Housekeeping is extremely loud and starts bang and sliding furniture around at 8am. My husband was sitting on the patio and meet to guys from paris that were stay on the floor above us. They asked him to come up to their room to have a few drinks as I was sleeping. When I woke up, they came down to our room and the one guy , asked if he could kiss me , I told him no. A few minutes later he asked where our bathroom was, so I showed him. He then asked me inside if he could kiss me again, I told him no. Then after he was done in the bathroom, he kept translating from French to English he could give me multiple organs, etc. I told him that I'm happily married and that this kind of talk was unacceptable. My husband asked him to leave, and the guy refused to leave and tried to hit my husband. We continued to ask him to leave and finally he left after me getting in the middle of this guy and my husband. Hotel security didn't believe us and called the police. Police showed up , asked me if my husband was abuse of and told us we needed to pack up our things and leave, as the hotel didn't want us there. This was at 11pm. We lost our money for this room and had to pay 600 to another hotel.

First of all, our cleaning staff is not there, at any time, at 08:00 am, they start working an hour later.From there, I am displeased that you have had any incident with any client with whom you have voluntarily interacted.The hotel is not responsible for any problems you may have had in your relationship with any other guest. Additionally, as you well know, the hotel had to call the police due to noise complaints coming from your room. Upon the arrival of the police, a large amount of alcohol was found in your room and the police decided to take you into custody. The hotel is not responsible for these events and we are unhappy to receive a negative review for this.

Nice place with great rooftop pool area.
The bed was very comfy. The room was spacious enough and the staff were great. The pool area is amazing with great views. The pool itself is small and 1m deep like most rooftop pools in Barcelona. The only issue is that there are too many people visiting the pool just to take pictures so it looks like a constant photoshoot.
