Property was booked as handicapped accessible. When we arrived, narrow entrance hall had building marerials stacked up blocking all but 2 feet of hallway width. The hall ended in about 20 steps to get to registration desk. The staff there called maintenance to operate the lift used to get those with mobility issues to the next floor where there is an elevator. The lift was not working and we could not access the hotel. The staff, Amin, was very understanding and assisted us in securing other accommodations (at twice the cost) and called for a cab to take us there. It was obvious that the hotel could not meet our needs and had misrepresented the property. Now, they are refusing to refund our money that was prepaid for 2 rooms for 3 nights.through Expedia.
