Huone oli kokonaisuudessaan siisti, mutta suihku ei toiminut kunnolla, ilmastointi oli hankala ja ulko-ovi oli rikki. Lisäksi langaton internet-yhteys ei toiminut huoneessa, vaikka piti.

Tasokas
Hotelli on juuri sitä mitä voi neljän tähden hotellilta odottaa. Palvelu on moitteeton, yleisilme siisti ja huoneet isoja sekä sisustettu hyvällä maulla. Hotelli on rautatieaseman vieressä ja junalla matkustaminen Barcelonan keskustaan on helppoa, mukavaa ja nopeaa. Ainoastaan junien kulkeminen harvakseltaan haittaa. Kaikki junat eivät pysähdy asemalla, pysähtymisen voi tarkistaa aikatauluista, jonka saa hotellilta. Hotellirakennuksen yhteydessä on ostoskeskus, jossa sijaitsee myös hyvän valikoiman omaava ruokakauppa. Muuten ympärillä on lähinnä paikallista asutusta sekä pieni puisto. Ympäristö on rauhallinen.

The room was a good size and clean. The bed had wheels which moved which was strange. The bathroom was good with extras like tooth brush etc. We were given a room with disabled toilet facilities which we did not require but it was still good. There are no tea making facilities which we are used to the the UK. There was a restaurant on site which was open at certain times but we did not use it. Travelling from Barcelona you take the R3 train to Montcada Ripollet (be careful as all trains do not stop there) which is very close to hotel. This take around 30 mins. We would not have liked to arrive when it was dark as you walked over derelict area to get there. Also surrounding the hotel was more like small industrial units, There were no cafes etc beside the hotel that we could see, maybe across the railway line there were some.

This review is somewhat complex to make as this was a last minute booking, I didn't stay for many days and didn't take advantage of all the facilities in the hotel but here is my general review of the things I did experience. The staff is lovely and always ready to help, from calling taxis to suggesting delivery apps, and the reception was manned 24h a day which is always a plus. The hotel is located just in the outskirts of Barcelona in a quiet area but it is very easy to get to Barcelona centre; there's a train station just a 3min walk away from the hotel that takes you to Barcelona centre in just 22min. Now, an area to improve would definitely be surrounding appliances. Some appliances in our room were in need of replacement as they were quite old or simply not working; The light shade between the beds, for instance, was rusty, whilst some light bulbs needed replacement and the phone did not work. Overall, it was good value (especially since we booked it very last minute) and the faults did not bother us too much.

Awesome experience
My experience was amazing. This hotel is a hidden gem - 3 minutes walk from train station, staff was amazing, room service was excellent. It was also clean and quiet.

Hotel muy mejorable en todos los aspectos. Tu e una incidencia con la televisión de la habitación y en 4 día no lo solucionaron a pesar de las quejas, el técnico (si es que tienen) ni paso en 4 días a verlo. Desde recepción tampoco hicieron mucho por solucionarlo.

Si atteggia come un hotel di alta fascia, ma a parte il pettine e lo spazzolino è più simile ad una pensione. Camera sporca, ho dovuto minacciare di andarmene per farla pulire, lo stesso per i corridoi esterni alla camera. Il personale in linea con l'hotel, è generalmente poco cordiale fatta eccezione per alcuni elementi che salvano la situazione.

Im Hauptflur wurde 7 Tage der Müll ( ein bisschen Pspier, Verpackung und Ohrentaps nicht weggeräumt bzw. gefegt. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung und am besten waren die Abgestellten immer höflich und hilfsbereit.

My stay was great. There is only one comment, you have a gentlemen that worked the front desk and he was not friendly or helpful. Anytime I asked a question he knew nothing, asked for an ironing board, was told there was none. The other matter is that some of your bedding is stained and should not be used.

Safe and quiet property. Shopping mall nearby and public transport and taxi easily available right outside the hotel. All the staff at the front desk are wonderful and very helpful. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was amazing and had lot of variety and food options and fresh fruits and fresh baked croissants and pastries. The only thing I didn't like was the couch in the room was very old and had tear in the cushion. When you sit on the couch bum would sunk in and was very comfortable to sit on it.

Nada recomendable, una calle bulliciosa, con aspecto de poco segura, la clientela alojada era super ruidosa, las puertas se cerraban dando portazos por el sistema, la recepción tenía una sola persona que era super lenta, el lavabo estaba roto, la habitación olía a amoniaco. Horrible
