Our apartments for a long stay in Barcelona are located in the best areas of the city, very close to the best clinics and universities, among them:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

The checkin process was extremely complicated. Just paying for the rental took 3 extra steps. It was very unsettling. Upon arrival, I was still unsure if I had even secured the rental. I did not receive the address until the day we arrived. And still we did not know when we’d be able to access the apartment until hours later. Once we gained access to the apartment it was vaguely like the pictures. None of the bedding or extra pillows or throws(blankets) on the couch where remotely like the ones depicted in the pictures. The rooms were much smaller than expected. The bed in the primary suite was insufferably hard. The bedroom downstairs ceiling was so low an average sized person could not stand up inside the room. Also that room had no circulation. It was not connected to the air conditioning. The apartment was sparsely furnished with routine household items. Very few plates, cups, glasses, etc. There were only enough towels for a few days. They had to be washed mid stay. There was not enough toilet paper. We had to purchase our own. Also the coffee maker (Nespresso) was not working. Having said all of this that, the location was good. It was an easy walk to train station and a lot of attractions. I walked daily to a local grocery store where we brought fresh fruits and freshly made croissants. This made the stay most enjoyable.

This was a decent place in a nice central location. There were some noise issues - the walls were very thin so we heard our neighbors a lot. A leak under the sink did not get fixed; no response from property manager. The downstairs bedroom was very cramped and stuffy. And kitchen was underequipped. No dishwasher soap, very limited silverware and cookware, which was surprising for a place this size. Overall, a fine place for a couple of days of sightseeing.

The distance to public transportation was incredible. The only issue we experienced is the neighbors who actually own in the building do not like Americans. They were very vocal about not appreciating Americans coming and driving the prices of the property up. I wasnt sure how that was possible considering the Euro is more than the Dollar. Other than that our stay was pleasant

L'appartamento è vicino alla metro e alla fermata del bus, quindi eravamo fuori dal centro ma in una zona molto tranquilla e comoda per gli spostamenti. Al piano superiore c'è una comoda camera matrimoniale con bagno privato, una cameretta doppia e una cameretta con letto singolo e un secondo bagno. Al piano inferiore c'è il soggiorno/cucina (la cucina andrebbe risistemata) e una stanza da utilizzare quando gli ospiti sono numerosi, infatti ci sono due letti singoli in più ... ma è molto bassa e buia.

Wir haben anhand dieser Beschreibung von der Wohnung (4 Zimmer,7 Betten) die Wohnung gebucht und wurden total überrascht. Offensichtlich bezahlten Sie einen sehr guten Fotografen, der diese tolle Bilder gemacht hat. Ein Zimmer mit zwei Bettenfehlte komplet. Nur bei einem Zimmer,konnte man sagen,dass das entspricht,was auf dem Web gezeigt wurde. Alle andere Zimmer waren sehr sehr eng mit kleinen Betten. Wir waren total entäusscht und sind zum Schluß uns entschieden da nicht zu bleiben. Natürlich das ganze Geld (ein Drittel) wurde uns nicht zurückgegeben. Wir werden nie mehr diese Seite besuchen und jeden davon warnen und würde am liebsten kein einziger Stern vergeben! :-(:-(:-( mit freundlichen Grüßen Alma

Appartamento vicino alla fermata LESSEPS a pochi minuti dal centro. Eravamo in otto, ma credo che la capienza della casa sia al massimo sei persone poiché la quarta stanza è un sottoscala anche abbastanza basso. Anche l'attrezzatura della casa non è sufficiente per otto - e forse neanche per sei persone -. Niente da dire per la pulizia. Al momento del check-in abbiamo pagato una cauzione di 400 euro che ad oggi - sono passati 18 giorni - non ci è stata ancora restituita. Per quanto riguarda la piscina la stessa non era accessibile per mancata manutenzione e pulizia .

While the location is reasonable the lack of trash cans, functioning WiFi, and light bulbs made it a less than enjoyable stay. We were also unable to use the laundry as there was mold growing on the seal.

Nous avions réservé un appartement de 4 chambres or sur place nous en avons eu un de 3 chambres (bravo l'agence MYSPACEBARCELONA). A notre arrivée, la serrure magnétique douteuse. La cuisine était pleine de graisse sur tous les meubles et plan de travail (de la vieille graisse bien collante), le lave-vaisselle sale, le four et le micro-onde sales, le congélateur entièrement givré (la porte ne fermait pas), le lave-linge en panne (pratique avec des enfants !). Liste des accessoires de cuisine (2 petites casseroles dans un état déplorable, une bouilloire, une passoire, un plat en verre, un grille pain, un presse citron et une cuve à champagne : c'est tout ????). Les WC sales, nous avons trouvé un rouleau de papier toilette derrière le canapé. La table pour manger en métal est très désagréable et pas nette, les salles de bains vétustes (un plan vasque fendu en deux, moisissures au plafond, espace très étroit...). Pas de papier toilette. Les serviettes de toilettes sentaient très fort la javel ainsi que les draps. Pas de couverture. L'appartement non chauffé. A croire que l'on ne nous attendait pas !!! Je vous souhaite de belles vacances... ailleurs...

Really liked the area. Very good restaurants nearby. One bedroom was very small and had very low ceilings. Otherwise the place was functional and very nice.
