Nice business hotel
Nice and modern hotel near a shopping mall. It was constantly busy and a little bit impersonal, but nothing else to complain about, everything worked well and breakfast was good!

Viihtyisä yöpyminen
Erinomainen skumppa-aamiainen (tosin lisähinnalla, mutta hinnan arvoinen), hyvä sänky, suihku ja erillinen kylpyamme, laadukkaat hygieniatuotteet, aavistuksen hankala sijainti kaukana keskustasta (noin 10 min lähimmälle metropysäkille), spa ja kuvien sisäuima-allas valitettavasti lisämaksulliset joten jäivät testaamatta.

Aamiainen oli loistava, mutta kallis. Parkkihalli oli hyvä, mutta myös kallis. Kaikki lisäkulut selvisi vasta kun tulimme hotellille. Valtava ostoskeskus aivan lähellä.

Hotelli oli sopivan matkan päästä lentokentältä ja kaupungin keskustasta. Keskustaan meni busseja tiheästi ja matka pysäkille oli lyhyt. Hotellista pystyi myös vuokraamaan polkupyörän päiväksi. Muuten hotelli olis siista ja aamupala todella kattava. Kuntosali ok ja SPA ok. Kattoterassi mukava aurinkoisella kelillä. Huone oli siisti eikä mitään olennaista puuttunut.

Mahtava hotelli ja sijainti loistava.
Hotelli oli siisti, huone ja yleistilat siistejä. Henkilökunta ystävällinen ja osaava, hyvä kielitaito. Hotellista löytyi kaikki mukavuudet mitä haluaa; uimallas, spa, loistava ravintola yms. Hotellin sijaitsi loistavassa paikassa lähellä ostoskeskusta mutta samalla rauhallisella alueella, plaza espanya ei ollut kaukana ja Camp Nou löytyi suora bussi. Suosittelen lämpimästi tätä hotellia.

Oikein mukava ja tyylikäs hotelli hyvällä palvelulla. ainut miinus oikeastaan on hiukka etäisempi sijainti keskusta alueesta ja että metro ei ole kovin lähellä. Voin kuitenkin suositella laatua haluavalle.

Kaksin Barcelonassa
Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja respan työntekijät olivat hyvin ystävällisiä. Saimme kirjautumisen yhteydessä kartan Barcelonasta, johon merkittiin lähin metroasema (noin 1 km päässä) , lähellä oleva pikkukauppa (sunnuntain takia ostoskeskus oli kiinni), yms. Hotelli ei ole ihan keskustassa, mutta metroasema on lähellä. Lähellä on myös iso ostoskeskus (takapihalla) ja paljon hyviä ravintoloita. Hotellin katolla oleva allasalue on pienehkö.

Siisti hotelli ja erinomainen palvelu. Lähimmälle metrolle hieman kävelymatkaa. Aamiainen hyvä mutta kallis.

Kiva hotelli. Vähän kaukana kaikesta, mutta ostokeskus vieressä ja toisaalta Barcelonassa kaikki on kaukana kaikesta :) Liikematkalle menisin tänne uudestaan, mutta lomalaisena varaisin seuraavaksi vähän "rennommat" puitteet.

Hotel was really good, staff are really friendly and helpful even let us keep our bags there after check out, room lovely and clean the beds are massive, bathrooms modern and theres air con, only down side was the pool was unavailable one of the reasons we booked, about a 40 minute journey to the beach which we didn’t mind as it meant we got to see the city on the bus Would definitely recommend to others

I booked for me and my son. My son invited his gf. They told me I needed to pay extra for the third person. The pic on the booking was different, the room's too small. They insisted the law required 3 beds if there were 3 persons, so complicated after you landed and you're tired it was for me a little too much. I traveled a lot and i always booked the same a room two persons and I can invited. What about when single people are traveling so they cannot invite anyone. Not emphaty.

This is our first time in Europe. We are so glad to stay at this hotel. Very good location with a shopping mall and a lot of food option. It is not crowded with a lot of people and it is close to all sites. Breakfast is a plus too!

Disappointed.
The room was comfortable, however no dressing gown or slippers in the room these need to be requested. However the biggest problem was with the spa and pool facilities. The entire reason I chose this hotel for myself and colleague was the spa facility. These were out of use due to maintenance works. This information should have been shared before arrival but also even after asking numerous times we were not offered an alternative room at another NH Collection Hotel, or even the ability to use the facilities at another hotel within the group. Utterly disappointed.

Cada año nos hospedamos en este hotel ya que la empresa organiza la comida de Navidad aquí. Cada año nos quedamos a dormir y al ser la comida a las 13h, siempre nos han dado una habitación antes de las 15h que es la hora del check-in. Este año solamente llegar nos dijeron que hasta las 15h no podíamos hacer check-in. Expliqué la msituación y que nos teníamos que cambiar y que a media comida no podíamos hacer el check-in, que siempre nos habían dejado hacerlo antes, sin problemas. No nos daban soluciones. Fue bastante frustrante. Al final mi pareja consiguió una habitación (camas individuales) y pudimos hacer el check-in antes. La solución funcionó pero hubiésemos agradecido no tener que insistir tanto. Sorprende que un hotel tan grande no tenga ni una habitación disponible...El resto, bien, como siempre.

Deceiving
This hotel has a decent location for those who do not want to stay in the super tourist area. That would be the only positive. The beds were horrible and we ended up leaving early to go to another hotel. We would ask for things through their app as they requested and preferred and we never got them. They refused to bring ice unless we called through room service so that we would be charged 10 euros for ice. It’s was very unpleasant.

Nice location , nice room .
Nice location, nice room , very nice breakfast. They also serve early bird breakfast and coffee in the lobby . It is one of best hotel in Barcelona for sightseeing and business.

スタンダードルームで充分。
今回プレミアムルームに滞在しましたが、アメニティの不足など事前の情報とは違う事が多く正直がっかり。 不足してるものはお願いすれば直ぐ補充してはくれたがその都度リクエストが必要。 朝食においてもスペインのホテルにしては特に優れているわけでもなく至って普通。 プレミアムルームでなくスタンダードルームでよかったかな。と思う。 ロケーションは中心街から離れていてメトロの駅も徒歩10分位なので立地としても今ひとつ。
