”Our room was amazing very spacious lots of nice details of the period of the building. Very quiet. All the staff are very friendly made our stay even better. This is our second time here we was here in 2022. Most of the rooms since than have been renovated. ”

”Well located for Shuttle, easy to find, good on site parking. Excellent, helpful reception. Room excellent for this price point - good amenities and comfortable. Huge bed! Breakfast included - cold buffet available from 0400 which is great for early starts, hot from 0600. Will use again.”

”We loved our stay at the Five Bells Inn. Beautiful rooms, great breakfast, cosy pub and lovely surrounding village & countyside. We will definitely stay again. ”

”The room was very warm and comfortable with tea, coffe, bottled water and biscuits. Check in was seemless. Beautiful bar area with cocktail happy hour 6 to 7pm and free cheese and biscuits. Breakfast was excellent eith friendly attentive staff. Would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay 😊”

”The room was fantastic, the absolute bonus was the heating was on low to keep the place toasty even though it was cold outside. ”

”Room clean and fully equipped. Kettle and hot drink substances. Iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Staff friendly. Managed to sign up for scheme providing discounts based on purchases made. As usual, lovely view over folkestone harbour , with white cliff of dover in the background. Good music event on 1 of the 2 nights. ”

”Super friendly staff who were easy to converse with, the inn was well maintained with vintage roots and a splash off modern. The food was excellent. On the listing it does say they have laundry facilities, but after asking it turns out they don’t. So be aware if that is a need. I would surely go back again if I am in the area!”

”We stayed in Canterbury for a little over a week, and ABode was the perfect place to stay. The staff were all gracious and helpful; the room was exactly what we needed; we were close to the cathedral as well as the shops and restaurants. The Christmas dinner was delicious, and there was so much of it! We also loved the breakfasts every morning. Highly recommend. ”
