”It was okay overall, but definitely not great. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and some of them appeared dirty, with yellow and even blood stains. The room also had a noticeable smell, almost like a damp or unchanged air filter. The hallway carpets looked like they had not been cleaned in years, which made the hotel feel poorly maintained. On the positive side, the pool was clean, and I appreciated that. The area itself seemed relatively safe, but there were quite a few homeless...

”Staff were friendly and apartments are spacious. However, if you end up by the elevator you will literally hear the elevator through the walls. Also prepare to get no sleep because of the consistent traffic. The couch was peeling and leaving specks of it all over our clothes so we had to cover it with a sheet. The throw pillows and blankets were so dirty and had an odor. Outside of those things it is a nice place to stay if you are not looking for amenities, windows or tvs in the bedrooms.”

”Loved staying at the Kenley. The staff was so helpful getting us a later check out due to the Ironman. We loved having cold bottled waters in the fridge available to us when we were coming and going. Also cookies always out and fruit infused waters! The location is super convenient. I’d say the only thing that was a little inconvenient was the queen bunkbeds in the rooms. I’d say unless you have kids the bunk bed situation is not ideal but I understand the space saving element in a big city and...

”My husband & I were pleasantly surprised with this friendly and helpful hotel. The staff was efficient and able to help with any questions we had. We arrived on the last day of Ironman, with bicycles taking precedence over people… it was all handled beautifully. We totally enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast menu, with a shoutout to Katie, who absolutely goes overboard to make sure everyone gets what they want! She is a gem!!
