”I called before check in to see if I could have a connecting room since we were a party of 5 one night and 6 the other . I was told just to come and never listened to during the call. Check in was seamless. The room was clean. One room the smoke detector chirping and heat not working right. The front desk investigated immediately. ”Room was clean and in good repair. Staff is always pleasant. Property is older but in good condition. They are currently renovating some rooms. New led ceiling light fixtures in our room but someone forgot to put the covers on and left them on the table. I found it amusing and put covers on myself. Took me about 30 seconds. We've stayed here a couple times with no complaints. The only downside is the wall mounted heater was louder than I liked. Conveniently located as well.”

”Second time staying here and it was amazing! Clean, quiet and safe property and the staff is very accommodating. Went here this weekend for my girlfriend’s birthday. They allowed me to have some items delivered to their property and the staff set them up prior to our arrival for an amazing surprise!! Highly recommend staying here . ”

”Hotel is definitely looking tired. It could also use a deep cleaning, especially in the common areas. Only encountered one staff member at the front desk and she was lovely. Room was decent, but lots of wear and tear. Fortunately bed was comfortable, but pillow pillows were awful with feathers poking into your head and very flimsy. ”I was quite worried after reading a previous review on what we were going to experience during our stay at the Carleton Circle, but we were on a strict budget so I decided to try it.
