”Inn is traditional motor lodge where we stayed. Doors opening outside where you can pull up to the door. Very modest decor. Beds comfortable. Great AC. Indoor and outdoor pool. Not fancy or posh at all but provides the things you need. It is in a great location just a few blocks off Main Street and a few blocks In the other direction to the beach. Met our needs and we would stay again if in the area.”

”My visit was just one night. I arrived early to save my reservation, and was allowed to checked in early. Very accommodating staff. I appreciated the Rosewood having no frills, just the basics, and being very clean. Later I opened the window and turn off the a/c since the night air was refreshing. I will use again when visiting family in the area. Bonus: Dunkin Donuts is just down the street, and opens early.”

”We stayed here four nights in June. Hotel is very comfortable, absolutely clean and we liked the place a lot. Girls loved the swimming pool. There is a very good breakfast place nearby called Marshland and nice cafes (that close early) in Sandwich. It is a good place for exploration of the part of Cape Cod nearer to mainland. We reached the nice restaurants at Wellfleet, the Town Neck Beach nearby and the beaches at Cape Cod National Seashore from here easily on the daily exploration trips. The...

”The Inn offered a nice, clean, reasonably priced and safe place to stay overnight as I awaited taking an early morning ferry to Martha's Vineyard from Woods Hole (which was only 5 miles from the Inn). The morning breakfast that comes with the stay was nice too. Nothing fancy but good variety --egg patties, sausage links, muffins, mini bagels, breads for toast, cereal, bananas, diced fruit cups, and a waffle maker along with juices, coffee, tea.”

”I was quite worried after reading a previous review on what we were going to experience during our stay at the Carleton Circle, but we were on a strict budget so I decided to try it. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was warm and welcoming and our room was clean and quiet. It was so close to shopping, restaurants, the beach, and the Cape Cod marathon start. ”Location is fantastic. The beach view is second to none as you're literally 1 step from the beach and 15 feet from the ocean. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed to be newly remodeled. Only negatives are there was no kitchenware in the kitchenette. No plates forks spoons or knives. Tile floor always felt wet and slippery and a little slimy probably due to salty ocean air. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.”
