”Breakfast was amazing!!”

”Note that this is not normal hotel. Its rooms on upstairs of an Bub. Bed room and bathroom was where pretty okay just been renovated. Room did not have heating on when I arrived so takes a bit time to get heating on. Wifi was promised to include but it was external Wifi where you need to register and I dont do that on sudden hotels.. Rooms are not sound proof so you can hear moves on the hallway and other room discussions. There is no restaurant at the Bub(hotel) so NO dinner and no breakfast...

”Hotel has drastically gone downhill and is now used for what appears to be immigrant accommodation. Appealing that this isn’t made clear. Do not stay, staff rude.. uncomfortable surrounding”

”We had a delightful night away, all the staff were friendly and professional from arrival to departure. Great selection of drinks at the bar, good selection of food on the menu, clean and quirky bedroom and a quality breakfast. ”

”This hotel is basically student accommodation, running and shouting down the hall ways around midnight. Eventually moved room after initially being told hotel was full to then be told "my bad" we have another room.”

”I stayed in the Kingsbridge House area of the estate. The room although in a traditional house has everything a traditional hotel room would have from the key for the outside door, and room card key. All facilities top quality - only issue was the shower plug was blocked and flooded the walk in shower area. I reported this and they were keen to rectify.”

”We were so pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The location is central to the town, the room was nice, and it was air conditioned….which was fabulous because we were there during a heat wave.”

”Not expecting too much for a 3 star hotel you just a clean room to rest but you certainly don't expect a hotel room to have a huge wet patch on the floor from some sort of leak or them trying to clean something up, a curtain missing so could not undress without the risk of exposing to neighbouring room and and considering it should have been a non smoking room to had a very strong odour of smoke that was ingrained in the carpet and beds. Paid for for two nights but woke up early checked out and...
