”The hotel itself is fine and your typical holiday inn standard, maybe a notch lower. We heard babies cried but it wasn’t bad. The only complaint about hotel is bathroom has no fan. The location is a bit sketchy, at the end of an industrial part of town. If you have a regular car you can park in the garage. We had to park in the overflow lot due to a box on top of our suv, and the area is not family friendly. The actual location is bad imo but the flip side is, this location is central to sea...

”We really enjoyed our stay. The flowers and landscaping in the courtyard are so beautiful. The view of the ocean is great. The view of the sunset from there is next none. Such a friendly staff. You can walk to a nice little coffee shop/cafe. There is also a small convenience store across the street. The beds are very comfortable and a very clean room. Will definitely stay there again!!!”

”We had a room that faced the lagoon and we had the most wonderful experience with all the birds. Dining was terrific, the location is lovely and yet close to downtown and the beaches.”

”The hotel and our rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Pools were nice and heated. We loved the marina and had a great time kayaking. This was an additional cost but well worth it. The onsite dinning/food options are very limited and nothing was available for late hours, after dinner. The Market store closed at 10:00AM so the quick food and coffee wasn’t available after that. This got challenging as we got up early for marina activities then had to leave to go find simple breakfast...

”We had a cockroach in our room. The staff was not helpful when we brought them the roach. We were not offered a new room or a refunded for that night. Reached out the property manager and got no response. We also requested cleaning services two days in a row and never received service.”

”Good place to stay for a one night when checking San Diego Zoo and some other places. Bed was good and comfortable. If something bad has to say about the place is the quite loud road next to it. ”
