”Hostel was well-kept and the bathrooms and kitchen were always clean. The lockers in dorms could be bigger, I would’ve liked more space to lock things up. 6 bed dorm felt too small and crowded with everyone’s bags and suitcases on the floor. It was ok for a short stay but I wouldn’t choose it again. The hostel is good option if you want to be seaside, it’s only steps away from the beach. ”The lanai wasn’t the same one from the picture, and neither was the bathroom. Our lanai was dirty and covered in bird crap. I had to clean out the drawers myself before we put our items in, they had crap in it. We didn’t get what was shown to us, nor what we paid for. ”We were on a four night stay, After the second night we asked for a replenishment of coffee and towels. I expressed my belief that the room should be furnished with coffee daily. The host was cooperative and offered to comp one nights parking which I felt was acceptable. That didn't happen, we were not compensated one nights parking. Also, on the days the coffee WAS replenished, no sugar, creamer or stir sticks were supplied. ”

Our teens loved the BB court, cornhole, inside games, hot tub, swimming pool, large rooms, beautiful views, super close to everything! Staff was amazing…friendly, helpful & kind! Though it was very clean, because of the age of the property and some furniture items it did feel a little rundown and very used. The rooms themselves could use a bit of an upgrade. The location and pool and lounging beds/chairs were very up to date and clean and the caves straight to the beach is such a plus to have!”

”After being settled in our room for days, our last day and night was horrible. The guest above our room was loud and noisy, which prevented us from peacefully relaxing in our room and woke us up. The employees said that they couldn't do anything until quiet hours, which is in violation of Hilton's policies quiet enjoyment of guests to take swift action against noise disturbances, even outside of designated quiet hours.”

”We loved the unit! Spacious, clean, multiple bathrooms, very comfortable beds, private balcony. Our only issue was checking in, we couldn’t figure out where it was and the check in space parking area is very small, but we were able to get into the gated area very easily. Also the kids had issues setting up their gaming to the tvs. Outside of that, would definitely recommend.”
