”This is no longer a hotel!!! They converted it into a shelter but still allow people to make reservations??? An absolute nightmare having an exhausted baby, a front desk worker who was not helpful in offering solutions to the fact that suddenly we had nowhere to stay with no warning. Absolutely unacceptable.”

”We booked in a non-smoking room at a hotel we anticipated being on the low end of tolerable, but was a less expensive option than others in the area (were there for a sport tournament) due to the US Open and other Summer happenings on Long Island. We were booked in a smoking room and I immediately called the Red Roof Inn to change to a non-smoking room.
