”I believe for the Marriott name this hotel needs an upgrade. The pillows are awful, the bathroom, rugs, and furniture is dated. The linen also needs an upgrade. ”We go to Erie a few times a year...I have never complained until this stay. Tried this hotel for it's location. Location is great. Check in and check out clerk was very nice. We stayed 4 nights/5 days. Housekeeping never came. We ran out of towels after 2 days there was no tissues. Call to desk wasn't helpful.no towels by the pool 2 nights of our stay. Radisson needs to update this property and retrain staff”
