”The staff was very kind and helpful attorney questions that we had. The grab and go breakfast was anything but that. Each morning the breakfast was so good that it had us going back for more. The breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from. We would absolutely stay there again.”

”I believe for the Marriott name this hotel needs an upgrade. The pillows are awful, the bathroom, rugs, and furniture is dated. The linen also needs an upgrade. For family it will work for a quick overnight. The bistro was excellent and the staff very caring & professional. I was just disappointed in our short family time here. 😞”

”We go to Erie a few times a year...I have never complained until this stay. Tried this hotel for it's location. Location is great. Check in and check out clerk was very nice. We stayed 4 nights/5 days. Housekeeping never came. We ran out of towels after 2 days there was no tissues. Call to desk wasn't helpful.no towels by the pool 2 nights of our stay. Radisson needs to update this property and retrain staff”

There was enough breakfast to satisfy our needs and those of others. I would describe it as continental with some extras. The room was immaculate though somewhat spartan. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom (accessible) was huge with an amazing shower. I missed having a chair in the room as I needed to use my computer for work. I ended...
