”Really quiet. Only down side was Expedia said checkout was noon but the property changed it to 11:00. It wasn’t a down side for us but might be for some. Another down side was pool and hot tub close at 9 when all the other places close at 10pm. Other than that loved it”

”I do not recommend staying at this place. The refrigerator didn’t work there was bedbugs in our room. We had to be moved from one room to another at midnight to a ground floor room which initially told me there were no ground floor rooms available. They did refund my money but I would not recommend this place at all.”

”Beds were good. The floors were very dirty, noticeable on our socks. The hallway floors were also very dirty and at one point, there was dog poop. Although the staff trued their best, some things were out of their hands, such as TOILET PAPER AND WATER FOR THE COFFEE MAKER. A LACK OF TOIKET PAPER US Completely UNEXCUSABLE”

”Second stay here and it is in a perfect location to our family which we visit every year. However, street people are plentiful at night with some traveling through the parking lot making it slightly worrisome for women traveling alone or even in groups. We used the hot tub and really enjoyed it but we did see a rat traveling from bushes to trash cans located near by... again worrisome. The staff is the best part and upon arrival being asked to pay for parking and told they no longer offer happy...

”My experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but our room was not available until approximately 8:00 PM. When I asked about the delay, I was told they only had one housekeeper and that there were no rooms available.
I explained that the reservation was under my name and asked if I could at least complete the check-in process and have the hotel contact me when the room was ready so that the other people traveling with me could pick...

”The front desk rep was wonderful and this review is not a reflection of him. The first room they put us in smelled terribly of dog pee, which they knew about but were hoping we wouldn't notice. The rep quickly switched us to another room which smelled heavily of bleach instead. Shortly after we switched rooms they had put someone else in the pee smelling room and I have no doubt their experience was terrible as well. The room itself was ok, nothing to get excited about and the AC does not get...
