”This is a beautiful hotel, well positioned for Cardiff Central station just 5 minutes walk away. Check in staff were friendly, though didn’t get an upgrade or offer of a late check out given I’m a gold member and the hotel was not full by any means. Lovely bedroom , terrible view (208) big gaping windows that need some voile for a little privacy. The cobweb needs getting down that’s in the window too! Quality tea and coffee and bathroom products, bottled water is nice too but maybe a plastic...

”We stayed overnight for my husband’s birthday. Spa treatments were great for each of us and we made use of the pool and jacuzzi for an extra charge. The meal in the Blok was exquisite!! ”We were greeted nicely on arrival. Accommodation close enough from City Centre to walk. You have to be lucky to find a parking spot near by, quite a busy road. Parked at the park, which was luckily free from Saturday to Sunday. Would not call it "luxury" room ourselves but all was fine for what we needed.”
