”Hotellin läheisyydessä ei ole mitään ja ravintola ei toimi sunnuntaisin eikä aamiainen ole mahdollista maanantai aamuina. Hotelli on siisti , hieman vanhahko mutta kaikki toimii, huoneet koleita jo syyskuussa eikä suihkusta tule kuumaa vettä,lammintä tulee muttei kuumaa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.”

”Beautiful surroundings with an outside terrace overlooking a small lake, quiet. Staff very courteous and helpful. Grounds could do with a bit of tidying, cigarette stubs everywhere. Sink in bathroom problematic for shorter people, needed to stretch over the counter to use it, tap also very stiff to use and leaking. Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.”

”The hotel itself is excellent - great location and architecture. The cool atmosphere and aircon were welcoming on the hottest June day ever recorded in Cardiff! The facilities were great - including bedroom, bar and pool / spa. A couple of disappointments though. Guaranteed check-in from 3p.m. We arrived at 2.15 so went to the bar to wait. By 3.30 still no room, so after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing they eventually found us an upgrade. The breakfast - distinctly average for the price and...

”Stayed in room 6 beautifully furnished loved colour scheme great view of the pier and the sea from our window. Everything was very clean and the bed comfortable. Great breakfast each morning just a few yards down the road, think it was called Coffi. Parking is a bit of an issue. Would definitely use again. Thank you.”

”Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has heartfelt staff who made us feel welcome. The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, and we loved having a nice breakfast served right to our table each morning. The hotel itself is in a beautiful building and neighborhood, with the added convenience of having parking available. ”Huoneen ikkunaa ei saanut kiinni, joten huoneessa oli kylmä niin kuin muuten koko talossa. Vettä sai valuttaa minuuttitolkulla, että tarkeni peseytyä. Ei hissiä, kuuluvuus käytävästä ja naapurihuoneista liian hyvä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen, aamiainen hyvin perinteinen englantilainen. Ei siis vihanneksia, vain raskasta ruokaa. Sijainti oli hyvä, helppo kulkea, eri paikkoihin ”

”Hotel was very nice the only problem we had that we along with others were having problems with key cards not allowing entry to room having to go back to reception on two occasions- however the staff were excellent in assistance with the matter.”

”Nice hotel with great location and extremely nice staff. They get us early breakfast in the room and answer all the questions we have. Breakdast buffet was also great and lot of healthy options. Gym was maybe the best hotel gym i've ever visited. Spa was nice bonus and 20 meter long swimming pool was so cool because you can really do the swimming exercise there if you wanted to. ”
