"Hotel was nice but the location was very bad. Industrial area and no transportation at all. It took at least an hour to get a taxi every day. So you absolutely need a car if you want to stay in this hotel."

"Dealing in english with the reception was difficult: we requested extra pillows, but they never arrived, and asked for a second key card, which led to the deactivation of the first one. Breakfast was extremely crowded, with all the food located in one corner, resulting in long queues for the coffee machine. Housekeeping came unexpectedly every day without request, including towel changes, which is not very environmentally friendly. The rooms were extremely small with no counter space or luggage rack. The spa required an additional fee. Overall, a nice hotel, but not worth the price."
