Es freut uns, dass dir dein Aufenthalt gefallen hat und unsere Einrichtung sowie unsere Mitarbeitenden dir positiv in Erinnerung bleiben. Umso mehr bedauern wir, dass du während deiner Übernachtung bei uns aufgrund der Matratze nicht voll entspannen konntest. Auf Wunsch bringen wir dir das nächste Mal gerne einen härteren Topper für die Matratze aufs Zimmer. Melde dich dafür jederzeit einfach an unserer Rezeption. Beim Frühstück legen wir viel Wert darauf, dass unsere Produkte lokal, saisonal und qualitativ sind sowie aus guter Haltung stammen. We're glad you appreciated our little touches on the floors like the free coffee & water and also the location of the hotel. We really regret that your were not completey satisfied with the mentioned points and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please be assured that we always do the best possible to provide the best comfort to our guest and to meet the individual needs. Out of consideration for our environment, we decided not to install air conditioning in the Hotel Nomad, but therefore have had a cooling system installed that can lower the outside temperature by up to 18 degrees. We are sorry if you had a wrong impression about the information on the website, but we can assure you that they have not been changed. With the additional Dyson fans in the room, which clean the air at the same time, our rooms actually remain rather cool even in summer. However, we are very sorry that our measures were not sufficient in your case with the current exceptionally high temperatures. We are always happy to bring you an extra fan anytime or change room – please contact our reception team and they will be happy to help you. Of course we also did a note in your file that you prefer to have a chilled room and will do our best, that the temperature will be the most pleasant the next time.If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know.Have a wonderful summer and we wish you all the best.
