”We had a great stay at Musto Suites, excellent location. Andrea was very charming and helpful, he served us a lovely breakfast. We had booked a double room but at check in, Andrea offered us a bigger room that was available, we appreciated the bigger space and could see ancient ruins from one of the windows. Definitely stay there again if we’re go to Naples.”

Also felt very safe, that in the evenings the main entrance to the street was locked and only opens with your given keys. The location is handy and close to everything. We also used the airport transportation service and it was in time and more reliable than the private taxi from the streets, so I suggest that option if you want to...
”Siamo stati in vacanza io e mio figlio e abbiamo apprezzato tutto di questa struttura: la cordialità dello staff, la pulizia, la bellezza della camera, la temperatura fresca senza la necessità di tenere l'aria condizionata costantemente accesa in piena estate... L'angolo cottura è molto funzionale e mi è stato molto utile. Il bagno è ampio e molto ben curato.

We were travelling with a toddler and a baby stroller. On the evening of our arrival, the elevator broke up and was not fixed during our stay. The rooms are located on the fifth floor of a historical building, meaning a looot of stairs to climb. The answer we got when complaining about this was that there is nothing to do, leaving us to pay full price for a ”luxury” room and sweating in the evenings after...
”The room was very big and beautiful. Maria was very helpful with everything and Mario communicated with me via WhatsApp whenever I had a question.
The location is a little bit hidden away, but it is excellent. There was no noise and we were literally a five minute walk from the Dante. There are several restaurant choices there and the metro station, which will take you anywhere. The museum and via Toledo are right there.
We had a wonderful experience and would recommend it.”

”This is an old Naples neighbourhood. From the outside building looks very old and a bit rough typical Naples. Once in the hotel lobby it’s a different planet. Very clean modern new rooms. Especially the host she’s very friendly helpful person who speaks good English. This place is right next to Naples archeological museums and about a 15 mins walk from old town coffee shops. ”

The only thing I would complain about are the keys: if you want to lock the door when inside (and I think everyone wants to), you do it with room key and can't see anything, because the key for the electricity is in the same key chain with all...
