”Lovely little bed and breakfast once you get up to it on the first floor. The ground floor and up the staircase there feels a little sketchy. The people here are very nice and we had a lovely chat with Andrea at breakfast where he provided helpful recommendations and tips. The room was spacious and had many amenities. ”We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace was absolutely stunning with breathtaking views all around Napoli. The breakfast was also great - we were asked what we would like to eat in the morning (a list with many options). Very quiet except for the other guests which you can hear everything through thin walls (including when they snore or cough or use the toilet) so bring earplugs.
