The hotel is in a great central location. The staff is nice and speaks english. The room was very dusty and wasn't cleaned properly even after asking the staff to do so.

Really nice hotel with good location almost in the town center. Rooms were big and tidy and the view from 6th floor executive room was outstanding. Free parking places also.

I stayed at this hotel for one night during my visit to Italy with my friend. This hotel was excellent, 10/10! A special thank you goes to the lovely lady at the reception, Amina. One night stay in the heart of Siena
Very nicely located hotel just a 5 minutes walk most of the interesting points to visit. Charming big room with very good bed. Very friendly staff.
