”If you want to try refugees experience, this is a place to live. Bad smell in living room, very old & depreciated in door, no hot water from heater, no air-conditioning in bedrooms, main door safety lock broken......crazy”

”Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office. We call Expedia and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally...

”4 stars were given because all the electrical outlets in the unit did not have power. As a result, we could not charge our phones, laptop and Apple watch.”

”This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.”

”I like the property. It feels homie when I arrive with my family. Love the facility. The kiddy pool & jakuzi is under the roof, so can still use it during raining time. Food delivery also ok. There's specific section in the lobby available. ”

”All is good except the Lift! We were at 33A, there no chance of get in! Need to squeeze in 1 family member at a time and all meet at the level where our car was parked. The whole process took about 1 hour! No joke. The management need to look into this… ”
